Job Duties
Use knowledge of environmental science and agronomy to provide customer support on Regrow’s “resilient agriculture” solutions, programs, and remote sensing technologies.
Serve as an advisor and technical expert, and provide timely and accurate product support to customers, with assistance from Product Support Specialists.
Configure MRV (Measurement, Reporting and Verification) programs that enable customers to collect essential field-level agronomic data, such as crop history, tillage history, and other metrics to meet the standards of their carbon offsetting protocols.
Design and develop sophisticated program configurations to collect diverse agricultural data, such as soil reports and cover cropping plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Collaborate with the product and science teams to address customer requests for incorporating advanced agricultural practices, such as intercropping and partial land cover cropping, into the platform.
Provide proper platform updates, and prepare clean data for the DeNitrification-DeComposition (DNDC) model to generate field-level emission outputs.
Create and implement new MRV program structures, such as inventory programs, to meet evolving customer needs. Use knowledge of precision agriculture and crop production systems to design tools and configure region-specific MRV programs that enable precise, location-specific agricultural data.
Review and analyze agronomic data collected through MRV programs, flag inconsistencies and outliers to customers, and improve data quality, utilizing knowledge of crop and soil science and climatology.
Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to Regrow’s products, working efficiently with all levels of personnel, including growers.
Provide customers guidance with product installation, setup, configuration, and usage, ensuring they derive maximum value from Regrow’s agricultural products and services.
Collaborate closely with the product development and engineering teams to escalate and prioritize critical technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement of Regrow’s products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agricultural technology and the features of Regrow's products to provide accurate information to customers.
Review and identify patterns and trends in customer issues and feedback, and recommend improvements to products and processes.
Use good oral and written communication skills to conduct product training sessions for customers to enhance their proficiency in Regrow’s solutions.
Assist in creating and refining user guides, FAQs, and other support materials to facilitate customer self-help and onboarding.
Conduct in-depth platform tutorials and walkthroughs for customer stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and operation of MRV programs.
Use SQL and R programming languages to investigate platform issues by querying and analyzing database structures and schemas.
Review and identify platform gaps and inefficiencies to the product team, and provide agronomic insights regarding the development of new features.
Conduct agronomic consultations to assist customers with resolving data collection issues.
Maintain operational excellence, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and serve as a critical partner in customer health monitoring and early risk/opportunity identification.
Ensure the Global Account Director is equipped with the right context, signals, and stakeholder alignment for account renewals and commercial expansions.
Monitor customer engagement and performance signals, flag risks and opportunities early, and collaborate with the Global Account Director on proactive strategies.
Manage projects, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and lead customer meetings to support adoption, retention, and growth.
May work from home anywhere within the United States. Reports to the Regrow Agriculture, Inc. office in Durham, NH.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a closely related field, and 1 year of experience as an Agronomist or a closely related occupation.
2. Must have experience with the following:

- Precision Agriculture
- SQL and R Programming Languages
- DeNitrification-DeComposition (DNDC) Model
- Remote Sensing Technologies
3. Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Experience may be acquired during undergraduate studies/research.
