With a background in financial regulation and ESG consulting, she helps companies navigate the intersection of sustainability, technology, and supply chain risk. A startup founder with Fortune 500 experience, Crystal brings a passion for nature, food, and systems thinking to her work. She holds a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on Environmental Policy from the University of Oregon and lives in Portland, Oregon, where she enjoys mushroom foraging, hiking, and rafting, and savoring a good white pinot noir.
