We Are All Responsible for the Impact of Agriculture

Farming practices have changed significantly over the last century. Farms and agricultural systems have become more yield-focused and less environmentally sustainable — built to fit the needs of our growing population, rather than the needs of our Earth. 

People have guided this agricultural transition. However, as a whole we did not anticipate the negative impact it would have on our environment. Now, we have the power to build more resilience in our food systems — to promote a transition to sustainable practices, support stability in our ecosystems, and reduce our harm to the environment.
